Section 24-74-107 - Data privacy breaches - accountability provisions

Any state agency employee who intentionally violates the provisions of this article 74 is subject to an injunction and is liable for a civil penalty of not more than fifty thousand dollars for each violation.Added by 2021 Ch. 353, § 1, eff. 6/25/2021.
