§ 24-37-5-118

The revisor of statutes is hereby authorized to change all references in the Colorado Revised Statutes to the department of personnel and office of the governor as appropriate and with respect to the powers, duties, and functions transferred to the office. In connection with such authority, the revisor of statutes is hereby authorized to amend or delete provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes so as to make the statutes consistent with the powers, duties, and functions transferred pursuant to this section.Added by 2021 Ch. 211, § 10, eff. 9/7/2021.This section is similar to former § 24-37.5-104 (6)(g) as it existed prior to 2021. 2021 Ch. 211, was passed without a safety clause.
