§ 24-37-5-301

(1) This part 3 was added in 2000 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2002. For the text of this part 3 prior to 2002, consult the 2001 Colorado Revised Statutes.(2) Section 24-37.5-304 provided for the repeal of this part 3, effective June 30, 2002. (See L. 2000, p. 725.)
