This part 18 will take effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the thirty-fifth compact state. The executive director of the Colorado department of human services shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing of the date when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to [email protected]. This part 18 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the thirty-fifth state adopted the compact or, if the notice does not specify that date, upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes.Amended by 2024 Ch. 248,§ 2, eff. 8/7/2024.As of publication date, the revisor of statutes has not received the notice referred to in this section.2024 Ch. 248, was passed without a safety clause.
