Section 24-60-2003 - Interstate agency created

It is hereby recognized, found, and determined that said compact creates an interstate agency known as the interstate agricultural grain marketing commission, an independent entity whose members and employees are not officers and employees of any of the states signatory to the compact.L. 79: Entire part added, p. 973, § 1, effective May 30.
