The general assembly hereby finds and declares that the provisions of this part 22 are necessary for the state to fulfill its responsibilities under the 'Rocky Mountain Low-level Radioactive Waste Compact' set forth in section 24-60-2202.L. 82: Entire part added, p. 402, § 1, effective July 1.
