Section 24-60-3401 - Legislative declaration

The general assembly finds and declares that, for purposes of section 17 of article IX of the state constitution, adopting an interstate compact concerning educational opportunities for military children is a critical element of accountable education reform and, therefore, may receive funding from the state education fund created in section 17 (4) of article IX of the state constitution.L. 2008: Entire part added, p. 2277, § 2, effective August 5.
