The short title of this part 44 is the 'Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact'.Added by 2023 Ch. 18, § 1, eff. 8/7/2023.Section 24-60-4403 states that 'This part 44 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State.' 2023 Ch. 18, was passed without a safety clause.
