Section 24-60-4403 - Notice to revisor of statutes

This part 44 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State. The executive director of the department of education shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to [email protected]. This part 44 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State or upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes if the notice does not specify a different date.Added by 2023 Ch. 18, § 1, eff. 8/7/2023.On October 23, 2023, the revisor of statutes received notice referred to in this section that the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact has been enacted into law in the tength compact state.2023 Ch. 18, was passed without a safety clause.
