This part 45 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the seventh Compact state. The executive director of the department of education shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this Section 14 has occurred by e-mailing the notice to [email protected]. This part 45 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the Compact is enacted into law in the seventh Compact state or upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes if the notice does not specify a different date.Added by 2024 Ch. 129,§ 1, eff. 4/29/2024.As of publication date, the revisor of statutes has not received the notice referred to in this section.
