Section 24-90-605 - No restrictions on blocking access to the internet of other material

Nothing in this part 6 shall be construed to prohibit a public library from limiting internet access to or otherwise protecting against materials other than those that are obscene, child pornography, or harmful to minors.L. 2004: Entire part added, p. 600, § 1, effective July 1.
