(1) In December 2022 and each December thereafter through December 2026, the state council shall report on the activities and outcomes resulting from the program in the prior state fiscal year as part of the annual Colorado talent report prepared pursuant to section 24-46.3-103 (3). The state council shall comply with the requirements of section 24-75-226 (5) regarding reporting on money allocated to the state council pursuant to section 24-46.3-604.(2) Each applicant that receives funding under the program shall report to the state council on the measurable outcomes achieved, including the number of participants served, the number of short-term training programs completed, and any other information that the state council determines appropriate to demonstrate the success of the grant.Added by 2021 Ch. 308, § 3, eff. 6/23/2021.
