Section 24-67-108 - Model resolutions - subdivisions - improvement notices

The department of local affairs shall develop model resolutions and ordinances to serve as guidelines for counties and municipalities in enacting enabling resolutions and ordinances pursuant to this article.L. 72: p. 513, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 106-6-8.
