Section 24-31-1210 - No limitations on common law authority - medicaid fraud control

Nothing in this part 12 affects, limits, or supplants the common law authority of the attorney general or the department to investigate and prosecute medicaid fraud pursuant to part 8 of this article 31.Added by 2022 Ch. 394,§2, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 394, was passed without a safety clause.
