Section 24-31-1301 - Definitions

As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Division of labor standards and statistics' means the division of labor standards and statistics in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-1-103.(2) 'Division of unemployment insurance' means the division of unemployment insurance in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-71-101.(3) 'Unit' means the worker and employee protection unit created in section 24-31-1302.Added by 2022 Ch. 370, § 15, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 370, was passed without a safety clause.
