Section 24-31-806 - Civil investigative demands and subpoenas

(1) Civil investigative demands issued pursuant to this part 8 are subject to the requirements of section 25.5-4-309.(2) Subpoenas issued pursuant to this part 8 must comply with the provisions of article 90 of title 13 and any court rule.(3) Any testimony obtained pursuant to a civil investigative demand issued pursuant to this section is not admissible in evidence in any criminal prosecution against the person compelled to testify pursuant to the civil investigative demand.
