Section 24-32-1202 - Definitions

As used in this part 12, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Circular number A-95' means circular number A-95 of the United States office of management and budget, as published in the Federal Register of January 13, 1976, and as amended from time to time.L. 81: Entire part added, p. 1172, § 1, effective July 1.
