Section 24-32-2009 - Youth service corps members - compensation - scholarship

(1) The compensation received by the youth service corps members shall be considered a training and subsistence allowance.(2) The provisions of law relating to civil service, hours of work, rate of compensation, sick leave, unemployment compensation, old age health and survivors' insurance, state retirement plans, and vacation leave shall not apply to the youth service corps members.
