Colorado Legal Code
(1)(a) The division may obtain injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the manufacture, sale, delivery, or installation of: (I) A factory-built structure by filing an affidavit specifying the manner in which the factory-built structure does not conform to the requirements of this part 33 or to rules promulgated pursuant to section 24-32-3305; or(II) A tiny home by filing an affidavit specifying the manner in which the tiny home does not conform to this part 33 or to rules promulgated under section 24-32-3305 (1)(e) or 24-32-3328.(b) The division may suspend the issuance of insignias of approval while injunctive relief is being sought.(2) If the division, acting as agent for the federal government, determines that any manufactured home does not conform to applicable state or federal manufactured home construction and safety standards or that it contains a defect that constitutes an imminent safety hazard after the sale of the manufactured home by a manufacturer to a seller and prior to the sale of the manufactured home by the seller to a purchaser, the manufacturer must provide for parts replacement and installation reimbursement as required under the
