Nothing in this part 33 may interfere with the right of local governments to enforce local rules governing the installation of factory-built housing pursuant to section 24-32-3318 that bear the insignia of approval issued by the division pursuant to section 24-32-3311(1)(a) if the local rules are not inconsistent with state rules adopted pursuant to section 24-32-3305.Amended by 2021 Ch. 122,§10, eff. 9/7/2021.L. 2003: Entire part added, p. 539, § 2, effective March 5.
