Section 24-32-3329 - Local governments inspections of tiny homes - connection to utilities - rules

(1) A state electrical inspector or a local government may approve the connection of a tiny home for electric utility service if the tiny home is in compliance with applicable codes and standards for connection for electric utility service.(2) A state plumbing inspector or a local government may approve the connection of a tiny home for water, gas, or sewer utility service if the tiny home is in compliance with applicable codes and standards for connection for water, gas, or sewer utility service.Added by 2022 Ch. 172,§23, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 172, was passed without a safety clause.
