(1) A person, partnership, firm, corporation, or any other entity shall not manufacture, sell, or offer for sale within this state: (a) Any new recreational vehicle that is not manufactured in compliance with the national fire protection association's standard 1192 for recreational vehicles or any successor standard or amendment; or(b) Any new recreational park trailer that is not manufactured in compliance with the American national standards institute's (ANSI's) standard A 119.5 for recreational park trailers, or any successor standard or amendment.Amended by 2022 Ch. 172,§24, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 99: Entire section added, p. 444, § 13, effective August 4. 2022 Ch. 172, was passed without a safety clause.
