Any person who fraudulently or willfully makes a misstatement of fact in connection with an application for financial assistance under this part 11 and who thereby receives assistance to which such person is not entitled commits a class 6 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.L. 2012: Entire part RC&RE with relocations, (HB 12-1283), ch. 240, p. 1102, § 10, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 24-32-2503 as it existed prior to 2012.
