(1) Repealed.(2) Sections 24-33.5-1204.5, 24-33.5-1206.1, 24-33.5-1206.2, 24-33.5-1206.3, 24-33.5-1206.4, 24-33.5-1206.5, 24-33.5-1206.6, and 24-33.5-1207.6, concerning programs for fire suppression administered by the division of fire prevention and control, are repealed, effective September 1, 2026.
