Each member of the Colorado state patrol shall be of good moral character and shall possess and maintain such physical and educational requirements and qualifications as are specified by the state personnel director after consultation with the chief and the executive director.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 923, § 1, effective 7/1/1984.
