Section 24-34-308 - Enforcement of federal law prohibited

Nothing in parts 3 to 8 of this article shall be construed to authorize the commission, the director, or the division to enforce any provision of federal law. Nothing in this section shall prevent the commission from accepting federal grants for the enforcement of parts 3 to 7.L. 79: Entire part R&RE, p. 928, § 3, effective July 1.
