Moneys received by the treasury department that are not immediately creditable to a particular fund or account or moneys received that are designated by law for a special purpose shall be held in custody by the state treasurer and may be subsequently withdrawn from his or her custody upon warrants or checks drawn pursuant to law.Amended by 2014 Ch. 328,§ 12, eff. 6/5/2014.L. 71: R&RE, p. 99, § 1.
