Section 24-103-204 - Small purchases

Any procurement not exceeding the amount established by rule may be made in accordance with small purchase procedures established by rules, but procurement requirements shall not be artificially divided so as to constitute a small purchase under this section.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1268, § 1, effective 1/1/1982.
