Section 24-110-204 - Joint use of facilities

Any public procurement unit may enter into agreements for the common use or lease of warehousing facilities, capital equipment, and other facilities with another public procurement unit or an external procurement unit under the terms agreed upon between the parties.Amended by 2017 Ch. 99, § 55, eff. 8/9/2017.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1283, § 1, effective 1/1/1982.
