Section 24-110-207 - Public procurement units - compliance with code

Whenever the public procurement unit or external procurement unit that is administering a cooperative purchasing agreement complies with the requirements of this code, the public procurement unit that is participating in such agreement shall also be deemed to have complied with this code.
