Notwithstanding the requirements of section 24-103-201, state procurement contracts, where appropriate, shall be awarded as provided in sections 17-24-111, 24-30-1203, and 26-8.2-103, C.R.S.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1284, § 1, effective 1/1/1982.
