(1) When two or more socioeconomic procurement programs are applicable to the same procurement, businesses benefitting from such programs shall be considered in the following order of precedence:(a) Correctional industries;(b) Industries for the visually impaired;(c) Industries for persons with severe disabilities.L. 81: Entire article added, p. 1284, § 1, effective 1/1/1982.
