(1) The amount of the premium subsidy funded by each health care trust fund established in section 24-51-1201 shall be based on the percentage of the member contribution account balance from each division as it relates to the total member contribution account balance from which the benefit is paid.(2) A person who receives multiple benefits shall only receive one premium subsidy.L. 2009: Entire section added, (SB 09 -282), ch. 288, p. 1350, § 50, effective 1/1/2010.
