Unless a member, DPS member, inactive member, deferred DPS member, retiree, DPS retiree, or a court decree names a different beneficiary for life insurance purposes, the named beneficiary shall be the beneficiary of such life insurance.L. 87: Entire article R&RE, p. 1077, § 1, effective July 1.
