Any moneys due under this part 17 to employees who have resigned, been dismissed, or died prior to retirement, and that have been unclaimed for a period of three years shall be forfeited and credited to the Denver public schools division.L. 2009: Entire part added, (SB 09 -282), ch. 288, p. 1365, § 56, effective 1/1/2010.
