Arrearage contributions allowed pursuant to this part 17 that require employer contributions, as well as employee contributions, shall be the obligation of and shall be paid by the member's Denver public schools division employer at the time the payment obligation was initiated even if the service so qualified was rendered during a period of employment with a different Denver public schools division employer.L. 2009: Entire part added, (SB 09 -282), ch. 288, p. 1365, § 56, effective 1/1/2010.
