Agreements entered into pursuant to section 14-10-113 (6), C.R.S., on or before December 31, 2009, shall be subject to the provisions of the DPS plan document, and agreements entered into on and after January 1, 2010, pursuant to section 14-10-113 (6), C.R.S., shall be subject to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the association.L. 2009: Entire part added, (SB 09 -282), ch. 288, p. 1379, § 56, effective 1/1/2010.
