Upon the effective date of benefits under sections 24-51-1736 to 24-51-1746, the accumulated contributions of said deceased member at the time of death shall be transferred to and merged with that portion of the Denver public schools division trust fund set aside as a reserve to provide such benefits.L. 2009: Entire part added, (SB 09 -282), ch. 288, p. 1384, § 56, effective 1/1/2010.
