The earned service credit of a member of the judicial division who retires due to disability shall include such service credit as would have been earned had membership continued to the end of the term of office which the member was serving at the time of termination of employment.L. 97: Entire part R&RE, p. 777, § 12, effective 1/1/1999.This section is similar to former § 24-51-711 as it existed prior to 1997.
