Section 24-53-106 - Rules and regulations

The department shall make and publish such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which it is charged under this article.L. 87: Entire article added, p. 1084, § 2, effective July 1.
