Section 24-53-111 - Transfer of powers, duties, and obligations

On and after March 26, 1984, all powers, duties, and obligations pursuant to this article which were undertaken prior to March 26, 1984, by the division of employment and training of the department shall be undertaken by the department.L. 87: Entire article added, p. 1086, § 2, effective July 1.
