L. 2003: Entire section added, p. 2550, § 9, effective June 5.This section provided for the repeal of this section, effective December 15, 2003, unless the state treasurer and the tobacco litigation settlement financing corporation entered into at least one property sale contract pursuant to article 82.5 of this title.
