Section 24-75-206 - Legislative declaration

The general assembly hereby determines and declares that it intends by sections 24-75-206 to 24-75-210 to improve the system of management of the public funds in the custody of the state treasurer to enable the state of Colorado promptly to make disbursements of legally appropriated moneys prior to and in anticipation of receipts of the general revenue funds.L. 59: p. 732, § 1.
