Section 24-80-402 - Administration of part 4

In addition to any other powers and duties conferred by law, the state historical society of Colorado, referred to in this part 4 as the 'society', shall administer the provisions of this part 4, and the duties and powers of the state archaeologist described in this part 4 shall be exercised under the direction of its board of directors.L. 73: R&RE, p. 1381, § 1.
