§ 24-50-3-106

(1) The revisor of statutes is hereby authorized to change all references in the Colorado Revised Statutes to the department of administration from the department of administration to the department of personnel with respect to the powers, duties, and functions transferred to the department. In connection with such authority, the revisor of statutes is hereby authorized to amend or delete provisions of the Colorado Revised Statutes so as to make the statutes consistent with the powers, duties, and functions transferred pursuant to section 24-1-128, this article, and article 30 of this title.(2) On and after July 1, 1996, the revisor of statutes is hereby authorized to change all references in the Colorado Revised Statutes to the divisions of purchasing, state archives and public records, accounts and controls, telecommunications, central services, risk management, and general government computer center, from said references to the department of personnel and to change all references to the directors of said divisions, except the state controller, to the executive director of the department of personnel with respect to the powers, duties, and functions transferred to the department
