(1) The division shall enforce this part 11 and shall promulgate rules and conduct rule-making hearings in accordance with article 4 of this title 24 as may be necessary for the enforcement of this part 11. The division shall promulgate such rules within one hundred eighty days after June 16, 2020.(2) The division has the authority to adjudicate unfair labor practice charges and issue decisions pursuant to article 3 of title 8.(3) The division has the authority to conduct elections pursuant to section 24-50-1106.Added by 2020 Ch. 109, § 2, eff. 6/16/2020.L. 2020: Entire part added, (HB 20-1153), ch. 428, p. 428, § 2, effective June 16.
