The state department shall reimburse the county departments for costs of administration incurred by the counties under this article and articles 5 and 6 of this title in accordance with the provisions of section 26-1-122 (5), C.R.S.L. 2006: Entire article added with relocations, p. 1825, § 7, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 26-4-411 as it existed prior to 2006.
