§ 25-5-4-300-4

It is the intent of the general assembly that medicaid is the last resort for payment for medically necessary goods and services furnished to members and that all other sources of payment are primary to medical assistance provided by medicaid.Amended by 2024 Ch. 152,§ 29, eff. 8/7/2024.L. 2008: Entire section added, p. 1771, § 2, effective June 2.2024 Ch. 152, was passed without a safety clause.
