§ 25-5-4-308

An action under section 25.5-4-306 may be brought in any judicial district in which the defendant or, in the case of multiple defendants, any one defendant can be found, resides, or transacts business or in which an act proscribed by section 25.5-4-305 occurred. A summons as required by the Colorado rules of civil procedure shall be issued by the appropriate district court and served at any place.L. 2010: Entire section added, (SB 10 -167), ch. 296, p. 1387, § 14, effective May 26.
