The state department, in cooperation with the behavioral health administration in the department of human services, shall create a data collection mechanism regarding persons receiving services pursuant to the treatment program for high-risk pregnant and parenting women that includes the collection of any data that the state department and behavioral health administration in the department of human services deem appropriate.Amended by 2022 Ch. 222,§73, eff. 7/1/2022.Amended by 2019 Ch. 272,§4, eff. 5/23/2019.L. 2006: Entire article added with relocations, p. 1875, § 7, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 26-4-508.5 as it existed prior to 2006.
